The django application used to handle airspace data exposes a REST interface for anyone to use in their applications (mobile, web, etc).
The application is structured as follows:
- the first layer consists of the needed tools to compile OpenAIR to standard ESRI Shapefile and import the data in the application spatial database
- a django application exposes a REST API to access to airspace data (search by name, by location, by intersection with a GPS track ,…). This API supports several data format, but mostly GeoJSON.
- an android client is also being developped but is still in very early stage and not usable yet
The web client is available at : http://airspace.kataplop.net/airspace/amap
